Abuse

We will investigate all reports of abuse.

This policy covers the following types of abuse on the internet:
  • Spam Emails
  • Phishing
  • Hacking attempts

You can email abuse complaints to abuse@spwebco.com

We will investigate the issue as thoroughly as we can and report back to you with our findings within two working days.

Complaints and Escalation Process

If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received from us, please submit an email to us at:-
complaints@spwebco.com

including as much detail from the issue you have.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

If you’re not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint, then, provided that your complaint relates to domain registrations, please feel free to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry).

All domains are renewed on a bi-annual basis, we will send out reminder emails 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before expiry.

We will send these emails to the email address on the account, it is your responsibility to make sure your contact details are up to date.

SP Web Connections can take no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect.

If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your domain expires by emailing us at mail@spwebco.com
